Availability and real-time stock status is shown on individual product pages and most orders ship out from our Los Angeles, California offices within 2-3 business days. Some orders may take a few extra days to process due to staffing and general logistics delays. At this time, we are not facing international supply chain issues and inventory is flowing smoothly. All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground, tracked and time definite service (2-5 business days). Please note that tracking information can take a few days to update before showing progress as UPS is backed up and incurring delays as well.

However, once international orders leave the United States, they are handed over to your local postal service who is solely responsible for tracking and delivery.
