What devices are compatible with PRO Voice?

Most Bluetooth® devices are fully-compatible with PRO Voice. Certain newer model smartphone devices have been shown to perform significantly better than others during extensive testing in our labs. This is mainly related to newer Bluetooth radios with optimized software. All devices must support the A2DP standard for audio playback.

Where is the Alexa Voice Service Supported?

The Amazon Alexa Voice Service is available in the U.S., Canada, Australlia, Germany, Japan and the U.K. and requires a valid Amazon.com account. Alexa can be disabled within the MotionControl app for privacy. Learn more about Built with Alexa here!

What music services are supported on PRO Voice?

PRO Voice currently supports Amazon Music, Amazon Music Unlimited, iHeartRadio, TuneIn Radio, and Pandora with more music services launching soon. You must be logged in to these services with your Amazon Alexa account in order to use them.

Why does Alexa not give me the weather for my current location?

At the moment, Alexa does not support dynamic locations based on your current location shown in the MotionControl app. You must set your default location directly within the Amazon Alexa app or simply ask "Alexa, what's the weather in [your city]"
